30 seconds. A shared starting line.
The proposed batch opening, with its unresolved rules stated explicitly.
This chapter explains the intended behavior. Parameters that have not been decided are marked explicitly.
The proposed opening round
This is the intended design. There is no deployed opening-round program, active entry window or settlement transaction in this release. The exact clearing-price calculation and allocation rules are not finalized.
- Collect eligible entries during a 30-second window.
- Close the window and determine a common clearing price for the accepted opening buys.
- Settle allocations according to the published rules, then transition to the next trading stage.
What “equal entry pricing” means
In the proposed design, two accepted buyers in the same round would share the same clearing price even if one entered earlier in the window. They would not necessarily receive the same number of tokens: that also depends on their accepted amounts and the allocation rules.
A common price does not guarantee that every requested entry is accepted, that all funds are allocated or that the market price after the round matches the opening price. Fees and rounding also need explicit rules.
Rules that must be published before launch
- How a round starts and how its 30-second deadline is enforced.
- The clearing-price formula, accepted asset, amount limits and oversubscription handling.
- Allocation, rounding, partial fills and treatment of connected wallets.
- Cancellation, refunds, rejected entries and failed or delayed settlement.
- Token supply, launch inventory, creator allocation and permission controls.
- Program addresses, upgrade authority, test evidence and security-review status.
No entries are accepted yet
There is no reservation list, presale or deposit flow implemented for an opening round. Saving a draft does not reserve allocation or a place in a future round. No launch date is promised here.
